As we move into the heart of summer, our food & beverage team is leaning into what this season does best — bright flavors, refreshing sips, and dishes that bring people together. Whether you’re joining us for a casual lunch, sunset dinner, or live music under the tikis, we’ve loved seeing the positive feedback to our new signature cocktail: the Burnt Store Sunset. While we know that many in our community are spread across the country during these summer months, we wanted to share the inside scoop so you can enjoy from anywhere!
Signature Cocktail: The Burnt Store Sunset
Inspired by our waterfront views and unforgettable Gulf Coast sunsets, this cocktail is equal parts refreshing and visually stunning.
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz orange flavored vodka
- 2 oz orange juice
- 2 oz pineapple juice
- Splash of cranberry juice
- Topped with Starry
- Ice
- Orange slice, for garnish
Instructions:
- Fill a 16oz pint glass with ice.
- Add vodka, orange juice, pineapple juice, and cranberry juice. Stir gently.
- Top with Starry for some effervescence.
- Garnish with an orange slice and enjoy!
