Discover How oysters can help save our waters. Have you ever heard of a Vertical Oyster Garden? These innovative structures are doing remarkable things for our coastal environment — improving water quality, creating marine habitat, and helping restore local ecosystems. If you’re curious about how something as simple as oysters can make such a big difference, you’ll want to join us for this fascinating presentation. Representatives from the Charlotte Harbor Environmental Center will share how Vertical Oyster Gardens work, why they matter, and how they are helping to protect the waters we all enjoy. Come learn something new, meet fellow nature enthusiasts, and discover how small actions can make a lasting impact on our local waterways. Coffee and cookies will be served.
