The Burnt Store Marina – PGI Section 22 Board, in conjunction with Alliant Property Management, is pleased to introduce Crystal Parker as our new Community Association Manager. Crystal brings a strong record of leadership, deep industry experience, and a community‑focused approach that aligns with the values of Section 22.
Crystal has held her Real Estate License since 2010 and her Community Association Managers license since 2012. She previously served for nearly a decade as Regional Director with a management company in Port Charlotte. Crystal built that operation from the ground up and successfully led the company through its sale. Her background spans Master Associations, individual HOAs and COAs. She has also managed developer turnovers of new residential developments, during the process of being transitioned from control by the property developer, to the HOA or COA. These experiences provided Crystal with a comprehensive understanding of the full lifecycle of community governance.
A graduate of Canisius College, Crystal moved to Florida from Buffalo, New York in 2007. She is the proud mother of two daughters, ages 11 and 9, and is deeply rooted in the Southwest Florida community. Crystal also brings valuable familiarity with the marina environment, having previously managed Admiralty Village within Burnt Store Marina.
The Board and Alliant Property Management are confident that Crystal’s expertise, leadership style, and commitment to resident service will be a strong asset to Section 22 and the Alliant team. Please join us in welcoming her to the community.
